             Synopsis:
Cole Masten. Abandoned by his superstar wife, Hollywood’s Perfect Husband is now Hollywood’s Sexiest Bachelor: partying hard and screwing even harder. Watch out Los Angeles, there's a new bad boy in town.

Summer Jenkins. That’s me, a small town girl stuck in Quincy, Georgia. I cook some mean chicken and dumplins, can bluff a grown man out of his savings in poker, and was voted Most Friendly my senior year.

We were from different worlds. Our lives shouldn’t have collided. But then Cole Masten read a book about my small town. And six months later, his jet landed on our dusty airstrip, and he brought Hollywood with him.

From the start, I knew he was trouble. For our town. And for me.

Sometimes, opposites just aren’t meant to attract.

My Thoughts:

“There was so much bullshit flying around that our flies were confused.”

Have you come across an author that is your go to author, because their books never disappoint you?  That is Alessandra for me, and Hollywood Dirt blew my mind away – in a good way.

What makes her books stand out from other romance novels is Ms. Torre uses her unique talent where she mixes sexual tension, strong characters, witty banter to bring her stories to life.  She also takes a different approach to her storyline – which is refreshing.  She tells the story not only from multiple views, but we jump around in time.  Some readers may find this hard to follow, but for me it was easy and kept me engaged in the story because I wanted to know what happens next in the different storylines.

Summer Jenkins is a refreshing heroine – she is strong, set in her ways and knows what she wants and does not back down from anyone – Cole, people of Quincy, etc.  I also love some of the practical jokes she played on Cole.

Cole was not who I thought he was going to be and I freely admit when I started the book and I met Cole, I was ready to put the book down because I could not stand him.  I am glad I continued reading because we see a change in him immediately when he lands in Quincy and he meets Summer.

For Alessandara fans – there is a surprise in this book you will love, trust me.  I don’t want to ruin it for anyone, but when you discover it you will enjoy it and it does add some great banter to the story.

If you are looking for a story with full of sexual tension and sass – then this book is for you.
