Review Policies
I accept both ebooks and physical copies for review, and will not share, distribute, or sell any material sent to me unless requested to do so. I do accept self-published novels so long as the book is readily available to the public. Please understand that while I love reading, my time is as limited as anyone else's, and due to my schedule as well as the amount of requests, not every request I receive will be accepted.
What I love reading:
- Romance (all genres)
- Erotica
- Woman's Fiction/Chick Lit
- Some Memoir (depending on subject and style)
- Young Adult
- Inspirational
- Self Help
- Non-Fiction
Obviously each of our reviews has personal preferences and we will distribute all our review requests to the reviews we feel will be most compatible with the material. If you have a specific reviewer you would like to have review your work, you may make a request but, due to demand on certain reviews and time restrictions, not all requests will be able to be granted.
How to Request a Review
- Book title & synopsis
- Cover art if available
- First 2 Chapters of the work you are submitting for review
- Link to the book on Goodreads (or other book page with information, reviews and more complete details)
- Links to author websites
- Date you would like the review to appear on our site (Note: Dates are on a first come - first served basis and fill quickly, so request early.)
If your review request is accepted, you can expect a review from us that will include:
- Title & author
- Cover Art
- Book Info (Publisher, Release Date, etc.)
- Honest Thoughts & Opinions
- A Rating out of 5
- Other details as requested (such as author info, promotional information, giveaways, etc.)
Note: Unless provided by you, book covers will be borrowed from Goodreads.
My review will be posted on this blog as well as on Goodreads, but can be posted on additional sites (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc.) upon request. My review will be posted whether it is positive or negative unless the review is a part of a blog tour, in which case we will post a positive review (3 or more stars) on the agreed upon date, but only post a negative review after the tour has ended as a courtesy.
I love getting to know authors and am happy to do interviews, guest posts, and giveaways, if time permits. I am also happy to participate in blog tours for titles I review.
